Recently, Qingdao Ruiyida’s production workshop welcomed a “new addition”—a batch of fully automated injection molding machines has been installed, commissioned, and is now officially in operation.

The new equipment is primarily designed for the production of custom products such as food-grade plastic buckets. It offers a higher level of automation, more precise wall thickness control, and a single-machine output that’s approximately 20% higher than that of the older equipment. From now on, no matter how many orders we receive or how urgent they are, we’ll be able to handle them with ease.

On the day the equipment arrived, the workshop technicians gathered around it for half a day to learn the operating procedures and parameter settings. The quality control team simultaneously updated their inspection standards to ensure that every bucket produced by the new equipment continues to “pass every stage of quality control.”
